4-7+ years of experience in supporting BMDI/MDI Device Integration preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT teams to integrate medical devices with hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and other clinical systems. Ensure seamless connectivity between medical devices (e.g., patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps) and middleware platforms. Perform device discovery, data extraction, and mapping to clinical systems. Configure and optimize device integration solutions to meet healthcare facility requirements. Work with middleware platforms like Capsule, Cerner CareAware, Philips IntelliBridge, etc. Develop and maintain device interface configurations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM, proprietary protocols). Provide 24x7 support for medical device connectivity issues. Analyze data flow and troubleshoot issues related to device integration, network connectivity, and data accuracy. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals. Stay updated with emerging medical device technologies and industry trends. Recommend enhancements to improve integration efficiency and device performance. Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations for new device integration solutions.
