Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Computer Science including data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms; Writing code using Java, C++, or C#; Web application development in Java using Microservices frameworks including Helidon, Dropwizard, or Spring;  Kubernetes and Containerization to build scalable and resilient application or services; Developing services on public cloud platform including AWS, Azure, or Oracle; Building highly available services; Common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication; Components of modern infrastructure including service discovery, secret storage, containerization, or software-defined networking; Communicating technical ideas verbally and in writing through technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams, and presentations; and Troubleshooting code issues and mentoring juniors.
