Description We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our team operating in the industry. The role is based in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States, and provides an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be involved in several aspects of the migration from our current Sales Performance Software to Varicent. This includes making configurations and modifications, gathering requirements, reviewing design, testing, and other relevant tasks. Responsibilities: • Participate in different phases of the migration project with minimal supervision • Assist in making configurations and modifications to Varicent • Involved in the gathering of requirements for the migration • Play a role in the reviewing and testing of the design of the new software • Work closely with the external vendor involved in the building of the new software • Handle post go-live adjustments and modifications to the software • Write code in Varicent, with a focus on Visual with SQL behind the scenes • Design multi-dependency components and build advanced calculations in Varicent • Develop user input workflows and reports in Varicent • Work on the integration of Varicent into our existing systems.
