**Introduction** As a DevOps Developer in the watsonx.ai organization, you will be part of a team that brings generative AI capabilities to enterprises. You will be part of a global team that builds, deploys, configures and maintains the infrastructure used to run watsonx.ai. The work will be performed under the Agile model, in a cooperative and innovative environment, interfacing with global teams. **Your role and responsibilities** Key responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to: - Monitor and manage dev, test and production systems. - Troubleshoot and investigate system issues. - Assist with delivering new features and functionality. - Automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines - Respond to customer cases - Actively seek opportunities to improve and automate existing processes and procedures. - Hybrid in office and remote work is required. - May require on call and weekend shifts **Required technical and professional expertise** REQUIRED - No Visa Sponsorship - Excellent problem solving and communication skills are a must. - Attention to detail. - Ability to rapidly troubleshoot and problem solve in time-sensitive situations. - Kubernetes - Docker - Linux - Bash - Jenkins - Helm - Ansible
