Description ServiceNow Developer We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer in Lafayette, Louisiana. This role falls within the IT industry and will primarily involve working with ServiceNow technologies. The candidate will have the chance to work on ServiceNow integrations, ITSM, and API usage, among other tasks. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement software solutions using ServiceNow platform. • Use ServiceNow modules to streamline and automate business processes. • Work with Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects effectively. • Monitor and rectify software bugs using bug tracking tools. • Develop APIs to facilitate communication between different software systems. • Implement ServiceNow ITSM processes to align IT services with business needs. • Work with JavaScript to enhance functionality and user experience. • Use ServiceNow scripting to customize ServiceNow applications. • Execute ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. • Leverage knowledge of O365 applications, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, Service Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Architecture to fulfill business needs.
