Description Job Title: Software Engineer - Mission Planning (Jr-Mid Level and Mid-Level) Location: In-office only (Local or Relo candidates only) Job Description: -We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join our Mission Planning team. We have openings for both junior to mid-level and mid-level engineers. These in-office roles involve developing, testing, and maintaining mission planning software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet high performance, reliability, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: -Develop, test, and maintain mission planning software applications. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions. -Ensure software meets performance, reliability, and security standards. -Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly. -Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: -For Jr-Mid Level: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a software developer. -For Mid-Level: Minimum of 9 years of professional experience as a software developer. -Strong proficiency in C# /.NET -Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science required.
