We are currently seeking a talented and motivated **Software Developer** for a Full-Time position. **Job Summary:** The Developer will support Finance & Payment Technology Services, focusing on application and system development, maintenance, and technical support. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite and financial modules, along with secure coding practices and adherence. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials, including Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Accounting (PA), and General Ledger (GL). + Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance complex accounting processes and system implementations. + Design solutions for complex business requirements while minimizing RICE development and leveraging COTS functionality. + Maintain and enhance payment processes, including EFT and NACHA requirements. + Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks using tools such as VersionOne and ServiceNow. + Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code. + Provide configuration documentation and update system diagrams. + Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development processes. + Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed. + Collaborate effectively with end users to ensure requirements are met. **Required Qualifications:** + Extensive experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials. + Strong background in accounting-related implementations and business process solutions. + Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development. + Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and IT Service Management Systems (preferably ServiceNow). + Familiarity with secure coding practices and Software Delivery Framework. + Ability to work flexible hours based on management needs.
