Software Developer Advisor Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * **The Opportunity:** + CACI's Global Enterprise Services program is seeking a Systems Engineer to support its Maryland customer. + The System Engineer analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. **Responsibilities:** + Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software + Applies advanced knowledge to all phases of the software development lifecycle + Applies advanced knowledge to software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs + Provides advanced guidance on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates + Provides advance analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status + Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities. + Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. + Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. + Develops technical documentation. + Develops system architecture and system design documentation. + Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. + Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts. + Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. + Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + 19 years of experience and HS/GED **OR** bachelor’s and 14 years of experience. + Javascript + ServiceNow + Software Development + IAT Level 2 + CompTIA Security+ CE _Desired:_ + Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and/or SecOps modules + NIST SP 800-53 + Risk Management Framework (RMF) + ServiceNow **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
