Job Description:

Parsons seeks highly skilled mid to senior-level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team providing mission critical software applications to the US Army. The candidate will work within a team setting supporting our government customer by developing test tools to validate a software application providing scientific computations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics

Strong level of knowledge in Python, Java and/or C/C++

Agile development experience

Experience working with Jira

Experience working with GitLab and Subversion

Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Architecture and/or SOLID design principles

Windows development experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Active DoD Secret Clearance

Master’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics

Experience in C#/.Net

Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) UI development

SQL Database and Data Modeling experience

Windows and Linux development experience

Knowledge in Indirect Artillery Fires

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $227,900.00
