Currently, **ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Software Developer III** to join our team in **Fort Meade, MD** . **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Designing, engineering, analyzing, and developing software systems and software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines. + Modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes and assisting projects in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques. + Engaging with Government leaders in defining the context, problem space, and vision to determine capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, transformation plans, and next steps. + Developing Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations. + Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative(IIC) staff. **Basic Qualifications:** + 5 years of position-specific relevant experience and nine (9) years of experience + Bachelor's degree in an IT or related discipline. + Experienced in directing all aspects of IT application development. + DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline. + Experience in an Agile development environment. + Relevant industry standard certifications. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer. \#cyber1234
