Performs Full-Stack development and support for applications of moderate to difficult complexity and scope with regular supervision. **Position Key Accountabilities:** + Develops and implements complex applications, application databases, and interactive Web interfaces according to design specifications and departmental standards; establishes test plans and data; validates and verifies functions in applications; and prepares necessary forms and documentation for implementation. + Interviews clients/users for problem definition and analyzes user needs, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. + Writes and maintains technical documentation for application requirements, coding standards, and operational procedures. + Maintains, revises, and updates current application code or configuration including troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and improving functionality. + Resolves problems that arise with existing production applications. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Certification/Skills:** + Experience with computer hardware, software and programming. + Excellent technical and general communication skills, both oral and written. + Experience with C#, .NET MVC, ASP.net, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, required. + Experience with Web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, required. **Minimum Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or related experience in lieu of education. **Minimum Experience:** + Three (3) year of relevant experience. **Physical Requirements:** Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. **Security Sensitive:** This job class may contain positions that are security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code § 51.215 **Residency Requirement:** Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
