You will design, code, and test solutions for IBM Z platform, that use programming languages including Java, C/C++, Assembler,Python PL1.You would also be involved in process automation and code deployment using top of stack scripting languages and tools. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5 - 9 years of software development experience. * 5+ years experience in developing tools and products using at least one scripting language, most preferably Python. * 3+ years hands-on experience in working with Docker and container technologies: K8s, Openshift, Dockerhub, Docker Swarm). * 2+ years experience in closely working with the team as a technical lead to translate requirements into work items (stories). * Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills to analyze issues and defects reported by customer-facing and test teams. * Proficient in source control management tools (GitHub) and with Agile Life Cycle Management tools. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiar with IBM Z platform. * Experience with YAML, Jinja templating and Ansible playbooks. * Experience with Jenkins, continuous integration and continuous delivery. * 5+ years’ experience building enterprise software applications. * 5+ years’ experience administering and automating Linux.
