GP Thoughts In Lieu of Job Spec:

Given we have Luke now with very strong business/risk knowledge, I would think we should be aiming a bit lower for this 2nd Risk developer.

The focus in on the technology and not so much on the Risk knowledge.

I think a 110-120k base might be batter and see what we find.

I know we need a spec for this but the core skills are:

Essential:

Strong C#, WinForm, Design Patterns, WPF, GUI and Server side development experience.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Risk, options, PnL, Var, pricing, financial instruments, accounting
