Noblis ESI is seeking a Software Engineer with a national space enterprise and ground systems background to work with our clients in supporting the future ground architecture.
Job Responsibilites:
Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projectsProvide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilitiesPlan the design and maintenance of software applications, platforms, systems, and data repositoriesEvaluate and test new software programsOptimize software for supportability, portability, speed, and scalabilityConsult with mission specialists, engineers, security specialists, and other stakeholdersPresent new features to stakeholders and internal customersSupport information assurance and RMF processes; and information systems security engineeringWill support Agile-based program management and implementation of a model-Base Systems Engineering approachParticipate in IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, CDRs, PDRs, and PMRs Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; analytic support; technical analysis; testing; DevSecOps; architecture; and customer outreach and support Serve as technical expert in their assigned areaOther responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers Required Qualifications Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.Experience in Project and Systems Engineering, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or ICPossess strong software architecture, development, and production experience Experience with at least two of the following:Programming languages, platforms, and architectures to develop applications and systems; cloud engineering; and data access and storageTesting, improving, and maintaining software built by other engineersInformation assurance or information system securityCloud hosting environmentsAbility to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, architecting, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capabilityAbility to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer dailyTrack and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendar

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
