Lenovo is looking for a Customer Care Intern to support its portfolio of first-party and third-party software solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with development, design, and engineering teams in the U.S. while gaining hands-on experience in software support and development.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer support tickets, starting with simple cases and progressing to more complex ones.Provide support for Lenovo’s first-party software and a selection of third-party applications (training provided).Collaborate with development, design, and engineering teams to improve software solutions.Contribute to a development project, gaining practical experience in software engineering.Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (at least second year completed).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Interest in software development and customer support.Advanced English (frequent interaction with U.S.-based teams).
