Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.

Basic Requirements

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field4+ years of QA experience, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing2+ years of experience in developing large and complex software in a professional contextExperience designing, documenting, and executing manual test cases as well as developing and maintaining automated test suitesProficiency in using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestComplete)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot issues systematicallyStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various roles within the organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirementsProficiency in English (read, write, and speak)Proficient on Linux and Windows platformsExperience with C#Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, and tools like JMeter, Postman, and TestRailData parsing and validation experience with XML and JSONExperience with database testing, including designing and manipulating test dataKnowledge of design principles, design patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices for maintainable codeA passion for technology and continuous learning to keep up with the latest testing trends and techniques
