Qualifications

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience(>6 years) in software development, with(>3 years) in a leadership role of automotive industry with functional safety relevant productsDeep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processesFamiliarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with AIGCExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a teamProficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.Experience with Agile development practices and project management toolsAbility to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
