R&D Team Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation team in Bangalore region. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tTo plan, monitor and drive SW development project with a dedicated team •\t Identify and translate Market and Product requirements to SW requirements•\t Analyze and gather customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions•\t Work with Project Managers to define scope, features and estimates for new projects. •\t Plan project activities with local and remote teams.•\tShould have hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps •\t Should have familiarity with Databases. •\t Experience/familiarity with Windows Install Tools like InstallShield/WiX will be an added advantage. •\tMaintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.•\tFinding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.•\tDocumenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.•\tUnderstanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

You are immersed in Visual Studio C++, ATL/COM, MFC, Windows SDK and the PAEN market\tAbility to demonstrate your experience in C++ ATL/ COM with minimum 5+ years of experience in windows application design and development.\tExpertise in setup CI/CD pipeline from scratch in Azure DevOps/TFS\tDeep knowledge of Object Oriented programming, Design Principles and Design patterns \tExperience in creating High level design documentation for product\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of windows application development with C# .NET,.Net Core and handling of tools like WinDbg, XML operations handling\tYou are passionate about lead others to get the most out of the team as a whole.\tDegree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above\tYou are at ease communicating in English\tYou should hold India specific Visa and work permit
