Key job responsibilities
As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7+ engineers. Your key responsibilities include driving the technical vision, design, and implementation of software solutions. You will be mentoring and growing engineers on the team, ensuring high operational excellence. You will also be collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to meet business goals.
