The Amazon World Wide Promotions (WWP) team is looking for a Software Development Manager to grow and lead a team of engineers that work on our worldwide feature that helps Amazon customers find great promotions on great products.

In this role you’ll be managing a team responsible for designing, building, testing and launching innovative user experiences that customers love. This role will have responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from strategy and prioritization to adoption and iteration.

You’ll partner closely with engineering, product and business teams throughout Amazon to define and execute against your roadmap. You’ll need a strong sense of ownership and creativity as well as a focus on the technical operations for your team’s systems. You should have a proven track record of mentoring and earning the trust of engineers in a high quality, international and diverse environment.
