The AWS Nvidia Accelerator Hardware Team designs, develops, operates the Nvidia-based training platforms (e.g. P5, P5e, P5en), one of the largest training clusters in the world. Consequently, we own one of the fastest growing businesses fueling AWS's growth.

We are looking for a senior leader to design, develop and operate our Nvidia-based training platforms. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver novel hardware designs from concept, through pilot production and eventually reaching operational stability. You will be responsible for planning ahead to avoid hardware defects, and driving any problems to zero. You will lead a team of skilled hardware engineers. system development engineers and technical program managers, to manage ODMs and work with internal stakeholders. In this role, you will define implementation strategy and report status frequently to senior leadership. Your work will directly enable Amazon's customer's ability to deliver AI related offerings and research.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running.
