Are you passionate about building, managing and leading a team of engineers who are embarking on journey to build next generation of Checkout architecture for customer experience across devices to accelerate PV’s growth in next 3-5 years. Key job responsibilities
As an engineering manager, you lead a team of smart engineering, based in London UK and invest in their growth. You work with team, stakeholders and product to refine mechanism to effectively collaborate, make faster decisions and deliver on time. You act as a owner to your services and team to deliver for customers and make decisions in the best interest of customers. Collaboration is key to be successful in this role as we have many stakeholders and own a critical customer experience for Prime Video.

A day in the life
You will work with product, stakeholders and program managers globally to identify the right opportunities that your team should focus on and build next generation of the architecture to support PV’s growth in years to come. You will provide your input in design, development, testing and go to strategy for programs. You work closely with the team to drive the forward looking architectural that enables your team to deliver rapidly on behalf of our customers and can scale for millions of customers by expanding on additional devices and in locales without any customer impact. You invest in people career's growth and balance work-life harmony.

The team is critical to PV that own customer experience, and highly available and resilient services to build experience. You will play a critical role to deliver next generation of architecture and customer experience while balancing the current need of the business that fuel the PV’s growth. This is a very exciting time for the team to work on highly complex and ambiguous problem that will become a foundation to next phase of our architecture and customer experience that deliver value to customers with speed and agility while holding a high bar for availability and resiliency of signup and purchase experience.
