Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

The Kuiper Customer Experience team owns mobile and web experiences for customers to purchase, receive, and set up their Kuiper hardware and service. This role will own both web and mobile experiences to support customers throughout this journey, partnering closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap to best serve our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute a roadmap for Kuiper customer experiences.

- Work with our peer teams and stakeholders to design suitable software systems and interfaces to fulfill customer needs.

- Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software services and organization perspective.

- Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers.

- Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Project Kuiper.

- Help on-board and mentor new team members.

A day in the life
You will work with Product Management, UX, and Business Stakeholders on defining the roadmap for Kuiper's customer lifecycle. You will own solving customer problems and building software that is flexible for many different customer use cases and countries, to support Kuiper's global footprint.
