Job Description Lead and manage a team of 3-4 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, and report on project status to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Development Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing software development projects. Strong technical background in software development, with experience in Microsoft 365. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
