The OCI Storage team is seeking a senior lead software engineer or junior level software engineering manager to join our rapidly growing OCI Storage team. This junior level management opening will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, mentoring, product direction, system/code reviews and still do hands-on development. Candidates must have a background in developing Cloud Storage and/or meta data services. We are a large enterprise product organization. 

As a software engineering manager, you will:

Manage the design, development, and operations of a team within our Metadata Services group. Collaborate with your team, peers, and senior leadership to identify requirements, coordinate delivery, and integrate solutions for new features and functionality. Help define service strategy and roadmap. Provide technical expertise and leadership. Recruit and continue to build out a capable and cohesive engineering team. Be hands on in developing produces as needed Work directly with customers, ensuring outstanding service

This hybrid position will require one to be in the office 3 days week. We are located in Santa Clara or downtown Seattle. Relocation assistance is not available.
