Join us! **Required Skills:** Software Engineer, Camera Driver Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop system-level software for camera and imaging systems for AR/VR products 2. Provide solutions to complex sensor and hardware control logic to work seamlessly with the imaging pipeline 3. Design, code, review, and tests camera related software features across lower levels of the camera stack, including Camera HAL, Multimedia subsystems and Linux kernel 4. Develop device drivers and configure image quality blocks for the ISP subsystem 5. Work with Image Sensor vendors and develop the software and frameworks for sensors on our products ranging from Machine Perception sensors for VR to photographic sensors on devices **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 7. 5+ years software development experience in industry settings OR PhD + 2 YOE 8. 3+ years camera experience including system software such as ISPs, sensors, and other Imaging Pipeline HW components, and Camera Firmware for Camera focused MCUs 9. Experience with camera APIs and understanding of Video and Image Capture pipeline for embedded devices 10. Experience working on camera hardware, including sensors, lens, DSP, or computer vision processing units 11. Experience working on camera stack on iOS, Android or other mobile platforms 12. Experience developing and debugging in C/C++ **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Experience with any of: auto exposure and auto white balance algorithms, software control of Image Signal Processors, image sensor drivers, and MIPI/CSI protocol 14. Understanding of Video and Image Capture pipeline for embedded devices 15.
