What You'll Do

DevOps Skills

 

Hands-on experience in CI-CD, deployment automation in Multi Cloud environmentExtensive hands-on experience with modern day cloud technologies (Containerization, Function as a Service) on the leading cloud providers (AWS, GCP)Hands-on experience in standardizing development environments and automating delivery processes to improve delivery predictability, efficiency, security, and maintainabilityProviding hands-on troubleshooting, problem analysis, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and resolution.Expertise in either of the monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or Dynatrace.Continuously acquiring new technology skills (cloud, orchestration, infrastructure-as-a-code, SecOps, network, operating system, configuration management, monitoring etc) with a strong focus on DevOps principles

Business requirement gathering and collaboration

Owning all or part of engagement and integrating with consulting teamsEstablish credibility by thought partnering with highly demanding stakeholders / consulting teams on DevOps topics; drawing conclusions on a range of external and internal issues and dependenciesCommunicate insights through sophisticated synthesis and packaging of results (including PPT slides and charts) with stakeholders / consulting teams; collecting, synthesizing, learnings & inputs into new best practices and methodologiesEnsure proper sign‐off before uploading materials into internal repository for reference; sanitizing confidential client content in marketing documentsAble to build and sustain relationships with consulting MDPs to generate project work by self-leveraging regular connectsGuides juniors on advanced software concepts and platforms, and helps in quality checks

Who You'll Work With

As a part of BCG’s X Operate team you will work closely with consulting teams on a diverse range of advanced topics and support the projects/product in the maintenance phase. You will have the opportunity to leverage devops practices to deliver value to BCG's Consulting & X Delivery (case) teams, Product teams and Practice Areas (domain) through providing devops subject matter expertise, and accelerated execution support.

 

You will collaborate with case teams to maintain analytical solutions serving client needs and make ideate/implement improvements on current set up to ensure robustness of the data ecosystem. You will provide technical support through deeper understanding of relevant data analytics solutions and processes to build high quality and efficient analytic solutions. You will work with global stakeholders such as Project/Case teams and clients by acting as a thought partner to support clients realize the power of the strategic AI solutions.
