YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Developer to join our maintenance team, responsible for managing the financial database system of a client in the insurance sector. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze code, identify and fix issues, and develop improvements. Direct interaction with internal clients is also a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

YOUR PROFILE Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development. Proven experience in C# (backend) and JavaScript (frontend), preferably with React. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system stability and performance. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues in the existing codebase. Experience in working with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio (including SSIS Projects extension). Strong communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders and internal users. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in financial systems or the insurance sector is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Location:
Lisbon – Hybrid (3 days per week on-site).
