As a Software Engineer 3 at Asurion, you will be part of a team of 3-5 engineers as part of a cross-functional team. You will engineer solutions across our technology stack, including web, mobile, back-end, deployment pipelines and infrastructure. Your strong analytical and communication skills will help collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve problems and build world class solutions.

SKILLS:
Technical skills:
• Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
• Develop and enhance API-based integrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Understanding of event-driven and batch processing workflows, that handle large-scale data aggregation using cloud-based messaging and storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with various Boomi connectors, including Database Legacy / V2, HTTP, Amazon SQS, SNS, Google Pub/Sub, etc.
• Strong understanding of various data formats, including XML, JSON, CSV, Database, and X12 EDI.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as S/FTP/S, HTTP/S, File I/O, AS2, and VAN.
• Proficient in coding and scripting with Groovy, JavaScript for data transformations and custom functions in Boomi.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Write high-quality code and unit tests
• Experience partnering with business and architecture teams, helping them in decision-making by articulating options, concepts, and best practices across key areas such as security, logging, throttling, error-handling, scalability, and overall system resilience.

• 3+ years of relevant experience as Boomi developer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
