Ads ML Experimentation team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will help drive innovation. This is a hands-on role for developing & supporting product features. This role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate the complex interdependencies inherent in application development. A successful candidate has strong technical skills and is eager to create intuitive user experiences; they have a keen eye for the details that surprise and delight our customers. While understanding our product features, you will perform rigorous analysis, measure performance and make data-driven decisions. **Description** Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design, implement and evolve the user facing features of the multivariate experimentation platform. Promote experimentation best practices across the organization. Execute on the experimentation roadmap and future integrations with data-driven prioritization. Exercise strong judgment and make thoughtful decisions with ambiguous situations. Striking the right balance between short-term wins vs. long-term success based on various constraints. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
