Job Title: Software Engineer Job Description We are seeking a DOORS Administrator Software Engineer to join our Engineering Tools team. This team addresses the DevOps and Tool Administration needs for a multi-disciplined engineering team involved in the design of complex systems and communication products. This position is mostly remote, but the individual will need to fly into Milwaukee, Wisconsin for important team meetings and visits. This would average about 1 week onsite every 2-3 months, with all expenses covered. The role involves supporting the engineering staff by incorporating Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Test (CI/CD/CT) pipelines, maintaining & configuring existing tools, and introducing new tools to improve efficiency. The DOORS Specialist will focus on administering the DOORS requirements management tool and enhancing the user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience writing and deploying customized scripts for DOORS databases, with an emphasis on automation and efficiency improvements.
