Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models and reports to provide data insights and visualizations for business users, utilizing Snowflake as primary data sources Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions crafting and executing queries upon request for data Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and data models Build and maintain data pipelines using Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Develop and implement data integration solutions leveraging Azure Cloud, Snowflake, and Azure Data Warehouse technologies Utilize Python and other programming languages for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis Utilize Databricks for data engineering and advanced analytics tasks Ensure data quality and accuracy through data validation and testing methodologies Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and system errors Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering, Power BI, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and software developers, to deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data engineering roles, with a focus on Power BI, Snowflake Experience with ETL processes and data integration using Azure Data Factory Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI semantic model creation, report development, and data visualization using Snowflake
Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and other scripting languages Familiarity with Databricks for data engineering, advanced analytics, and machine learning tasks Understanding of data modeling concepts and relational database systems, with expertise in Snowflake Proven excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues
Proven solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualification:

Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Azure Cloud, Snowflake, or related fields
