DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting. Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance. Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software/Application Developer, or related occupation.

Full-Time. Salary:  $135,000 - $150,000  per year.
