Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain front ends for our web-based applications. You will collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical specifications, write clean and efficient code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and debug issues, and write thorough tests to ensure software reliability.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain front ends for our web-based applications.Collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into technical specifications.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge.Troubleshoot and debug issues in both development and production environments.Write thorough tests for software to ensure reliability.Essential SkillsProficiency in React, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.Experience with front end and backend frameworks such as React, Express, Nest, and Next.Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience working in Linux environments and with Docker.Additional Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of work experience in software development roles.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrable experience building and maintaining web applications.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Interest in or experience with the clean energy sector.Work Environment
