Description Responsibilities: + Develop and implement APIs and integrations with marketing tools such as Twilio Segment, Hyros, CallRail/Invoca, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo/SendGrid (or similar email platform). + Design and build data pipelines to extract and transform data from our website, homegrown CRM system, Five9 (call center platform), and other marketing platforms. + Integrate the extracted data with our data warehouse (likely Snowflake) for comprehensive reporting and analysis. + Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. + Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to understand data needs and implement solutions. + Document and maintain clear technical documentation for all integrations and data pipelines. Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong backend development skills. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. + Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (a plus). + Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake preferred). + Experience with marketing automation tools and data integration platforms (Twilio Segment preferred). + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
