Job Description The Tactical Communications Software Engineering group is seeking an embedded software engineer to join their team. This role involves working on modern tactical military radios for the DoD and Allied markets, supporting both single and multi-channel radios with various waveforms, including legacy narrowband and modern mobile ad-hoc networking waveforms. The focus will be on the audio subsystem, requiring expertise in real-time programming, VOCODERs, and VoIP. Responsibilities + Participate in an Agile Scrum team developing software for advanced tactical radio equipment. + Research, design, and develop embedded software for software-defined radio products, including real-time and near real-time controls. + Develop and conduct software system testing, programming, and documentation. + Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including factory software introduction and resolving manufacturing issues. + Execute the software development process in a CMMI Level 3 environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
