Job Description Summary:
Responsible for providing input into recommendations regarding platform construction and purchase of products to support business unit needs, having minor financial effect on business operations.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Creates/ reviews basic designs and specifications, and participate in developing project estimates, schedule, and commitments.Supports solution architecture for high-level design.Constructs and tests basic / routine application logic.Develops / creates / modifies application code for the more routine processes. Performs basic design/code/test quality reviews for components.Supports mitigation and resolution activities for critical production failures.Plans and executes implementation; oversee implementation of basic applications into production.Interfaces with clients to clarify requirements, research problems, answer questions.Helps in the research, identification and recommendation of technical and operational improvements resulting in improved reliability and/or efficiencies in maintaining and/or developing the application.Evaluates technical aspects of open work requests with Project manager.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities? (i.e. hiring, recommending/approving promotions and pay increases, scheduling, performance reviews, discipline, etc.) No
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and no experience.Basic Qualifications & Interests (BQIs)
Knowledge of programming: Software Programming languages, coding standards.Knowledge of requirements Specification and development.Knowledge of standard test tools, and testing processes.Knowledge of technical design process and models.Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, Waterfall).Experience utilizing verbal and written communication skills - articulating and communicating information and ideas to varying audiences and in multiple written styles (persuasive, informative, narrative) in order to negotiate/gain access to information and records.Experience using analytical skills, tools and techniques to investigate information and to draw conclusions. Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $68,841.68-$114,714.07Benefits:
