This position involves new application development and providing application support. You will tackle complex problems, manage projects, and lead others in specialized application areas with minimal supervision. This role is pivotal for future cloud projects within our internal application portfolio and new development initiatives. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $65 - $75/ hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Develop new applications and guide other programmers using SQL and Typescript (Angular/Node.js). + Utilize proven AWS cloud programming experience and knowledge of Terraform. + Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement solutions for assigned issues. + Resolve complex issues with significant autonomy and sound judgment. + Communicate complex technical subjects clearly in both oral and written forms. **Support Role:** + Monitor production operations and ensure the availability of assigned applications. + Provide 24x7 on-call support as part of a team rotation. + Respond to production emergencies (e.g., application downtime, logic errors) within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). + Coordinate responses for critical and high-priority incidents. **Experience Requirements:** + 5-10 years of experience as an IT Application Analyst or Software Engineer. + Strong skills in Typescript (Angular/NestJS) and SQL, with general knowledge of AWS products and Terraform. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Strong design thinking skills. **Desired Qualifications:** + Previous experience as a technical lead. + Proven success in leading others and managing a portfolio of applications. + Expert ability in technical issue resolution. + Experience with .NET/C#. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
