Our team in Prague is developing an ecosystem that connects businesses and their customers through digital channels such as WhatsApp, Chat, or Instagram. We offer tools that automate support agents' work and improve their efficiency with technologies such as AI, Cloud, and big data.
We are looking for a developer to our SCRUM team, who will help us to further expanded our digital platform, drive integrations with other products and focus on constant improvement of our services performance.
We have developed a globally used platform for customer care of huge companies. 5,000 requests per second flow through our APIs in 10 AWS regions around the world. So we're no longer a little beer.
We try to write cleanly, pay attention to SRP, create atomic pull requests, continuously refactor, have a CI/CD pipeline and the PHP tent checks us at the highest level.
How will you make an impact?
Technically advance the business-critical product. Ensure product and code quality using best practices, patterns, supportability, observability, stability, and scalability. Help us to integrate it with other portfolio products. Cooperate with other wonderful team members. Work with the QA folks to maintain product quality.
Have you got what it takes?
PHP 8.2, Docker, MySQL/RDS Optional: Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, RabbitMQ/SQS Optional: AWS experience (Amazon Lambda, SQS, Kinesis, S3, …) Development techniques: SOLID, Clean code, Code review Ability to communicate with Czech and English language
