Job Description Summary:
We are the Alternate Payment Methods Engineering Team primarily responsible for payments that are not run through credit or debit card schemes. Our focus is to enable integrations to local payment options and plug them into PayPal merchant and consumer facing products. Our goal is to increase the PayPal share of checkout by letting customers have a choice to use their favorite local payment options to do e-commerce and online payments.We are looking for an exceptional and highly motivated senior engineer with great skills to join our team. In this role, you will help with the design, development, and maintenance of PayPal's APM platform to support additional regional payment methods and subsequent capabilities for PayPal merchants. You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams; architects, product owners, and other engineers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that drive our business objectives. . You will play a valuable role in the development from concept to launch of payments newest technologies.
