Job Description
As a Software Engineer, you will assist with the design, development, testing, and integration of software to meet system and subsystem functional requirements for both new and existing applications.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, testing, and integration of software.Analyze, specify, design, develop, code, test, integrate and document software test modules, systems, and subsystems.Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.Develop and write test procedures.Integrate hardware and software systems.Adhere to Information Assurance standards.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or a related technical field.Must have DoD Secret security clearance.2+ years of experience in software development.Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it.Up to 25% travel may be required.Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks.Proficiency in one or more high-level programming languages like Python, C#, Ada, Ruby, or Perl.Ability to work well in teams and independently to solve complex technical problems.Work EnvironmentThis role involves working in a collaborative environment with a focus on software development and integration. The position may require up to 25% travel. The work involves using various technologies and tools such as Redhat, CentOS, C, C++, C#, Java, Jira, Confluence, Profibus, Modbus, SVN, Git, Matlab, and Labview.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $46.00/hr.
