Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer in Newark, New Jersey. This role will primarily involve developing both cloud-based and on-premises software solutions, using a variety of programming languages and development frameworks. The successful candidate will also work on database design and management, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of software development methodologies. This role will also involve collaboration with diverse teams and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Design and implement software solutions both on cloud platforms and on-premises • Use a variety of programming languages and development frameworks, such as .NET, React, C# • Manage databases and ensure their efficient operation • Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD • Use software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum • Collaborate with different teams and non-technical stakeholders • Evaluate and select technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to support enterprise-wide solutions • Oversee the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and maintenance • Evaluate existing systems and software solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, cohesion, and cost efficiency • Ensure all solutions adhere to security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
