Description We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support a dynamic organization in Delray Beach, Florida. This contract-to-hire role focuses on automation, system integrations, and optimizing processes within a robust IT environment. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and upgrade on-premise servers and ERP systems. + Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based integrations and scripts for Tyler New World, Kronos, and other platforms. + Automate processes using PowerShell and manage file transfers (SFTP, PGP encryption). + Support the migration from Tyler New World to Tyler Munis, ensuring seamless data integration. + Document workflows, scripts, and processes + Provide technical expertise for tools like Laserfiche and oversee project implementations. Upcoming Projects + Automate workflows and improve access control systems. + Support ERP migration and optimize existing processes. + Review and enhance current code and documentation. Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in software development and database administration. + Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, Visual Studio, and ERP systems (e.g., Tyler New World, Tyler Munis). + Familiarity with Active Directory, VMware, Azure, and IIS. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
