Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Software Engineer in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is within the technology industry where you will be working on the design and development of key components of a platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Responsibilities: • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features • Lead the design, development, and deployment of key software components • Ensure the applications perform optimally, quality is maintained, and responsiveness is upheld • Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs within the system • Contribute significantly to code quality, organization, and automation • Mentor entry level engineers, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute to improving team practices • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and implement best practices within the context of the product • Work closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of product roadmaps • Contribute to the strategic direction of our system architecture • Help maintain the integrity and organization of the software Requirements • Position: Software Engineer • Requires 5+ years of experience in the related field • Proficiency in software development using C# - Sharp • Extensive knowledge of .NET, .NET Core, and .NET Framework is mandatory • Experience with SaaS Products and SaaS Solutions is required • Demonstrable experience in detail oriented software development • A deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices is essential Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
