Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Incident and Problem Management - Triage, troubleshoot, respond to and resolve reported incidents and service requests + Analyze recurring issues, identify root cause and implement preventive measures + Collaborate with supply chain partner systems to identify the problem and fix for the issues identified + Monitor and maintain the system performance utilizing Enterprise Tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc. + Perform routine health checks and implement fixes as and when required. A proactive approach on maintaining the application + Troubleshoot and support integrations between Salesforce and integrated Middleware technologies (Spring Boot, Mulesoft) + Collaborate with internal scrum partners, developers to resolve high impact issues + Perform smoke tests, support during Salesforce scheduled maintenance or releases + Maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting steps, known issues, recurring issues for future reference + Be part of cross functional trainings for better product knowledge and business understanding + Support adherence to Data Security Standards on project repositories and address them at earliest before SLA breaches and avoid repository blocking + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience + 2+ years of experience in Salesforce + Working knowledge on Lightening components + 1+ years of experience and understanding in Advanced Java, Spring Boot tech stack + Proven exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.) and AI/ML.
