You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals. **Responsibilities** · Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements · Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. · Maintain and develop for digital products (client facing application side) and continuously delivers enhancements through CI/CD practices. · Proven track record in Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution development including additional features and systems such as (Health cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Heroku), or integrated services (Web Services, Call Centers) · Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns integrating, as required, Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution. · Use agile engineering practices and various software and Web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience · Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality · Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Marketing Cloud environment, ensuring high availability and performance. · Ability to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously. **Skills and Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience. · 3+ years of experience developing software as a full-stack developer with strong orientation towards Salesforce Marketing based technologies and having worked in DevOps model and agile methodologies. · Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio. · High level of understanding of SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customization and data manipulation. · Experience with data integration tools and APIs, such as Salesforce Data Extensions, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integration platforms like MuleSoft. · Familiarity with Marketing Cloud scripting languages and frameworks, such as SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) and GTL (Guided Template Language). · Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. · Knowledge of working in a multi-org salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components. · Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security · Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information · Ability to write and speak in the English language. **What Takeda Can Offer You** + Takeda is certified as a Top Employer, not only in India, but also globally.
