**Description** The Homeland and Force Protection Business Area is looking for a Software Engineer to support Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) projects with our Air Force customer. Our team is focused on providing engineering and integration support throughout the entire kill chain to 20+ C-sUAS sites globally. The primary project focus for this role is a C-sUAS software integration and cloud deployment effort. The Software Engineer will support the program remotely but may require limited travel to the National Capital Region (NCR). As a Software Engineer, the ideal candidate will be capable of executing independent projects or collaborating with a variety of teams consisting of customer and Leidos personnel. The candidate will be responsible for technical tasks including but not limited to creating and deploying Linux based containers to a cloud environment, software design and development, software integration testing and evaluation.
