Actalent is hiring a Software Engineer for an Aerospace/DoD company located around Syracuse, NY. Responsibilities:

The engineer will support multiple programs and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (design, code, and test)The engineer will leverage software engineering processes and procedures while performing their respective software engineering and verification activitiesIn this important role the software engineer will collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel and will participate in cross functional six sigma style product or process improvement meetings

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree1+ years of experience Coding with C++ in a professional settingLinux experience Experience with PythonUnit Testing (preferred) Signal Processing Experience/KnowledgeAbility to obtain a Security Clearance Required (not needed to start)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
