The team you’ll be part of

Nokia Space & Defense business focuses on creating customized solutions and developing LTE and 5G commercial RAN and Core products for our customers operating in NTN, defense and public safety domains. NTN project is Nokia co-operation with AST Space Mobile company that enables innovative, direct-to-mobile over-the-satellite communication in 3GPP LTE and 5G standard. Our defense portfolio offers end-to-end, customized tactical solutions for our customers.

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer, eager to dive in fascinating world of high-end telecommunication technologies. End-to-end perspective, variety of tasks, lightweight processes and direct contact with customers makes these projects challenging and attractive.

Your skills and experience

You have:

Knowledge of and experience with C++ Knowledge of Boost and STL C++ Libraries Knowledge of unit test frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Teamwork skills Good communication in English (both written and spoken) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject Readiness to work in a hybrid mode (Nokia Kraków office)

It would be nice if you also had:

Python/Bash is an advantage Experience with C++ embedded
