As Senior Java Software Engineer you will:

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

A successful candidate should be able to:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tThe Senior Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain advanced software applications for our Satellite Ground Systems.\r\n\tThis role involves close collaboration with systems engineers, hardware designers, and other software engineers to deliver reliable and high-performance software solutions.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Other responsibilities to anticipate may include:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tDesign, implement, and test Java-based applications and software components for satellite ground systems using JUnit for unit testing.\r\n\tWorking with DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines\r\n\tWorking with Jenkins and Python\r\n\tWorking with previously written code and make modifications as necessary.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a 12 Month Full-time Contract opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Required Skills

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tTypically requires bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).\r\n\tFive (5) years of experience in object-oriented software design and development using Java in a Linux environment and using unit testing tools (e.g., JUnit)\r\n\tFamiliarity with Git and the Atlassian Tool suite\r\n\tDevOps experience using Jenkins, Kubernetes and Docker\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $95 to $100 per Hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
